SOME architects working in post-war neighbourhoods

Strong existing networks, a unique history, and a need for renewal: we embrace the challenges of typical Dutch post-war neighbourhoods with both hands. Our designs are fresh, recognizable, and put people first! Below you will find a selection of the projects we are currently working on.

Notblok sets the tone for renewal

The post-war Wildemanbuurt neighbourhood in Amsterdam-West is in need of renewal. We won a competition organised by Stadgenoot for the first phase of this transformation. With Notblok, we are introducing a wider range of housing types in two connected residential buildings with a warm atmosphere. Notblok will also serve as a source of inspiration for future renovations in the area.

Greenery all the way to your door in De Titus

In the Roosevelt West neighbourhood of Leiden, there are currently outdated post-war houses. These are making way for an inviting park with new residential buildings. We are designing three of these, located on Titus Brandsmalaan. The park’s green quality will be palpable from inside the new homes.

Construction of Touw begins

Construction of Touw, located in the SuAn neighbourhood in Leiden, will begin soon. This residential building will offer 35 two- and three-bedroom apartments for residents who are looking to move within their own neighbourhood. This will kick-start the relocation program necessary for the renewal of the SuAn neighbourhood.
